The Mosfet can be a little barkier I guess. No one was ever supposed to hear this, this was just an experiment in micing a cab (Vintage 30 BTW): I'm using it through a 1x12 EV12l cab in this vid but you may not be able to tell too much from the recording, the usual ambient camcorder mic syndrome: I've owned JCM800's and 70's JMP's, and the Mosfet is a little different. The Mosfet Lead 100 is sentimental to me, one of the first good amps I got as a teenager. I'd already gone through a Jazz Chorus and a G-K 250ML and started missing the real tubes by that point. It was cool but it didn't convince me to switch over. Tubeworks 'Mosvalve' amps were pretty popular for 15 minutes - I think they were tube pre-amps and MOSFET power amps (kind of like a reverse Music Man) I left a band and the guy who came in after me played one of those.
